Some VM has TPM support requirement while others not, so one Kernelflinger image should support multi VMs case Test Done: 1. compile and boot 2. boot one KF image for multi-VMs Tracked-On: OAM-126340 Signed-off-by: Chen, Gang G <gang.g.chen@intel.com>
